By creating an account, browsing our fleet, or booking a vehicle through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence to book a vehicle. All new accounts require identity verification (KYC) — a photo of yourself holding your driving licence — before a booking can be confirmed. We may suspend or decline accounts that fail verification or provide false information.
A booking request does not guarantee a vehicle until it is confirmed by our team. Availability is checked at the time of request, but vehicles may become unavailable due to overlapping requests, maintenance, or other operational reasons. We will notify you promptly if your requested vehicle is no longer available.
Invoices are generated automatically once a booking is confirmed. Payment may be made via EcoCash, OneMoney, or card through our payment partner, Paynow Zimbabwe, or by another method accepted by our staff. Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before vehicle pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Bookings may be cancelled before confirmation at no charge. Cancelling a confirmed booking may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on how close to the pickup date the cancellation is made. Contact support as early as possible if your plans change.
Vehicles must be used lawfully, for personal or business use as agreed at booking, and only driven by the renter named on the booking unless an additional driver has been approved. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, with the same fuel level, unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicles not returned by the agreed return date and time may be marked overdue and incur late fees. Persistent non-return may be treated as unauthorized use of the vehicle and reported accordingly.
The renter is responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear, except where covered by insurance arrangements agreed at booking. Damage and fuel charges, where applicable, will be itemized on your invoice.
Vehicles may not be used for any illegal purpose, for racing or reckless driving, to tow other vehicles, while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or sublet/re-rented to a third party without our written consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Personal information, including KYC documents, is used solely to verify identity and manage bookings, and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with the law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle use, delays, or booking changes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
